I finally bit the bullet when the cost was £159 in August 09 but was told that it would take 3 months to install because of a waiting list. Having received a slightly better offer locally (install within 3 weeks), I called Sky to cancel the order. To my great surprise (and delight) they charged me £29.00 for the lot because of my loyalty. They could have knocked me down with a feather and they even turned up right on cue to install it. I told my relatives what had happened so they did exactly the same as I did for the same price.
